Care begins with respect

This page explains the information used by the website, donations, parish accounts and requests.

For website visitors

You do not need an account to donate or make a general enquiry. Forms use necessary session cookies and security tokens. The server may keep technical records for security and troubleshooting.

If Google Analytics is enabled, the site uses Advanced Consent Mode. The Google tag loads on public pages with analytics storage denied by default. Before you grant consent, Google may receive cookieless measurement signals. If you allow analytics, analytics storage is enabled and Google Analytics cookies may be used. Advertising storage and personalization remain disabled. You can change your choice later through Cookie settings in the footer.

The general contact form sends your name, email and message to the Fund’s address. Do not include sensitive documents.

Information used by each service

The information below concerns the current informational website.

Donations

Card details are entered on Stripe’s page. The website records the transaction, amount, status and selected parish; donor contact details are not shared with every parish administrator.

Parish accounts

Accounts use a name, email, role, permissions and protected login data. Significant actions are recorded in an audit log.

Assistance requests

Details are accessible only to authorised Fund staff. The parish is not notified without the applicant’s permission.

A question about your information?

Use the Contact page for a question about correspondence or published information. Identify the message or page concerned without forwarding unnecessary documents.

Demonstration data and your information

The public demonstration report contains fictional figures and no personal information. Use only the specified test card for test payments. Contact the Fund through the Contact page about your information.
